I will facilitate a structure assessment across five organisational foundations, working with leadership to understand where the business is strong, where it is exposed, and what to prioritise. Clear findings, clear next steps.
The Organisational Review

A scoping conversation to understand context and confirm participants
Structured interviews with the founder and key leaders (typically 4–6 people)
Review of relevant documentation such as org charts, role descriptions, planning materials
A written findings report across all five foundations
A prioritised action roadmap with clear sequencing
A 90-minute debrief session to work through findings with leadership

A clear assessment of where your organisation stands across each foundation
An honest view of what is working well and what is creating risk or drag
A prioritised roadmap of what to address, in what order, and why
A shared understanding across your leadership team of where to focus next
For many clients, the review also surfaces things that were sensed but not yet named — which in itself has value.
From here, you may want to partner on The Foundations Program to dig deeper into each foundation or on a Focused Project for a particular foundation. Or, learnings may lead you to work internally to build and implement. It’s up to you!

It is designed for businesses that want a defined journey, not just targeted work on one or two areas.

A structured 12-week engagement that works through all five foundations in sequence, building the organisational capacity your business needs to scale effectively.

A scoping conversation to establish context, priorities, and key participants
Structured 90-minute weekly working sessions with the founder and leadership team across all five foundations
A dedicated deliverable set for each foundation
Full support and assistance as you work through the deliverables.
A closing working session to embed what has been built and establish momentum for what comes next
