For digital products: because digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase and cannot be "returned", refunds are generally not available once a file has been accessed or downloaded. If you experience a technical issue that prevents access, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will work to resolve the issue or, where appropriate, issue a refund at our discretion.

All refunds are processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
