Hey, I’m Erin

I've spent my career in a lot of different industries and business of various sizes. But my favourite is founder-led businesses and the work I have done in the operational roles that keep everything moving. Leading teams, building structure, identifying systems, flow and figuring out what the business needs next and how to get it there.

My most recent in-house role was as General Manager of Sage x Clare, a founder-led homewares brand where I was brought in to help the business grow up operationally, without losing its identity. Before that, a career spanning people leadership, operations, and organisational design across businesses at different stages of growth.

I don't come in as an outside expert with a prescription. I come in as someone who has sat in the chair and knows what it actually feels like to hold a business together while trying to move it forward.

I work with small and medium businesses that are growing fast enough that the foundations haven't kept up. Not corporates with layers of process already in place, but businesses where things are still being figured out and the way they're set up needs to catch up with where they're heading.

My experience spans the full breadth of an organisation across departments, operations, people and culture, organisational design, leadership and systems which means I can see the whole picture, not just part of it.

The thing I genuinely love about this work is the growth part. The moment a business is moving fast enough that it needs to operate differently, that's where I want to be. Getting in alongside the team, working through it together, and watching the structure that comes out the other side actually hold.

I'm curious by nature - about businesses, about people, about how things work and how they could work better. I ask a lot of questions, I care a lot about getting it right and I bring enough organisation for both of us, which founders in growth mode tend to find pretty useful.

Outside of work I'm fuelled by good coffee (my husband roasts it, so the bar is high), traveling to new places (so many beautiful places in this world to explore), and my Labrador Matilda (who has very strong opinions about the work day). I value authenticity, growth, and accountability in the businesses I work with and in myself.

The founders I connect with most are naturally curious and open to doing things differently. They understand that building a great business means being willing to evolve it.

If that sounds like you, I'd love to hear from you.
